Function objective of our  recruitment  services  

 Manage and arrange crew changes on board ,offshore and onshore .


General Responsibilities
Provide companies with crew change travel requirements incorporating all aspect of checking certification, training, etc. 

Tasks and Responsibilities
                Manage the crew changes of assigned vessels and companies . 

                Arranging crew travel for on and off signing crew and management of crew travel and accommodation costs . 

         Ensuring that crew members documents (i.e. passport, visa, certificates of competency, medical certificates, etc.) are valid and in date.

·                Make sure all crew have necessary courses/certificates according to the Training Matrix. 

·                Liaise with external training providers and flag states to ensure industry specific certification is maintained and kept up to date. 

·         Ensure that accurate and timely information is passed to relevant department of crew members. 

·                Follow up Cadets. Assign Cadets to vessels. 

·                Co-ordination of study leave applications and liaising with payroll in respect of pay, contracts, etc. 

·      Control manning as appropriate and report problems or suggestions for improvement to Supervisor. 

·                Address and solve crewing problems for assigned vessels. 

·                Make sure the vessels are manned in accordance with the vessel policy. 

·                Booking of medicals: ENG1’s, fit to return to work medicals, consultations, etc. 

·                Participate in duty rotation. 

·                Keep the computer based personnel system up to date with all relevant info.

                Filing. 
                Visit assigned vessels.
                All other tasks relevant for the job.     
Function requirements.
                Education at higher vocational level.
              Previous maritime experience.
                Excellent computer skills.
·                Ability to work well within a team and work to deadlines
